(1) After receiving the proposal in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 26, the relevant body shall form an evaluation committee as specified and select the proposal based on the following within the specified period:-
(a) Technical proposal with basis for completion of the construction in the stipulated time,
(b) Proposed royalty amount, if any, to be paid to the concerned body (c) Economic proposal outlining the proposed fees to be taken from the consumer during the implementation of the project.
(2) After selecting the proposal according to this clause, the relevant body shall inform the proposer within the specified period.
(3) Other provisions related to the selection of proposals under this section shall be as prescribed.
