Rule 15
<br> to submit proposal
A person who wants to submit a proposal should buy a document related to the proposal with the seal of the Ministry and the signature of the relevant official, fill in the details mentioned in the document, seal the technical and financial proposal in separate envelopes, put both envelopes in another envelope and submit the proposal to the Ministry. will fall.
(2) In the technical proposal as per sub-rule (1), the proposer shall disclose the matters as per sub-section (2) of section 6 of the Act.
(3) The proposer shall disclose the following in the financial proposal as per sub-rule (1):-
(a) Proposed fees to be charged to the consumer while implementing the project and other necessary matters related thereto,
(b) If any kind of royalty or amount is to be paid to the Government of Nepal during the implementation of the project, the rate of such royalty and installment number of the amount to be paid,
(c) Proposed Term of Agreement.
(4) When submitting a financial proposal according to sub-rule (3), the proposer may submit more than one alternative proposal in relation to clauses (a), (b) and (c) of that sub-rule.
(5) After submission of the proposal according to sub-rule (1), the Ministry shall register the proposal and give a copy thereof to the person submitting the proposal.
