<br> Deemed Complete Offer and Acceptance
The act of sending the proposal shall be deemed to be completed when the proposer knows that the proposal has been sent.
(2) If the proposer receives the approval sent by the proposed person to the proposer after giving his approval to the proposal, the act of giving approval will be considered completed in the case of the proposer and if the proposer knows that the proposed person has given his approval to the proposal.
(3) Even if the proposed person does not express his acceptance directly in the proposal, if he complies with any condition mentioned in the proposal by his conduct, if he accepts the benefit or service mentioned in the proposal or if he gives his approval through any other behavior, it will be considered that he has given his acceptance to the proposal.
(4) If the proposer makes an offer to the effect that if the offeree does not send a notice of rejection by that time, the offer will be deemed to have been accepted, if the proposer does not send a notice of acceptance of the offer by that time, such offer shall not be considered to have been accepted.
