Accepting the proposal and entering into a contract and issuing a permit

(1) Based on the evaluation of the proposal in accordance with Rule 26 and the negotiation with the relevant proposer in accordance with Rule 27, if the department deems it appropriate to accept the proposal, it may accept the proposal and enter into an agreement with the proposer regarding the mining of specific minerals.
(2) After entering into a mineral contract according to sub-rule (1), the department may issue a permit to the contracting party to carry out mineral operations for specific mineral substances in the format as per schedule-11.
(3) When granting a license to carry out mineral operations by agreement in accordance with sub-rules (1) and (2), the department shall, as necessary, impose special conditions such as renewal of the license, size and area of ​​the mineral area, exploration and mining period, operation of mineral operations, or provide special facilities to the contracting party. will be able to make an agreement.
