(1) In accordance with rule 24, within the time limit of the proposal being invited, the interested person should submit the proposal to the opening department with the following details:-
(A) Proof that the proponent has the necessary equipment, tools, tools and expertise for mineral work or the ability to arrange for the expertise.
(b) Method and time schedule for conducting exploratory development and feasibility studies and implementing mining projects.
(c) Minimum program of various stages to be carried out during the period of mineral work.
