(1) According to the notice published under section 9, the committee will evaluate the proposals received from the private sector on the following basis:-
(a) attractive and providing more value,
(b) To operate the establishment in the same manner as before,
(c) accepting employed workers and employees,
(d) To increase employment opportunities,
(e) having managerial experience,
(f) To expand industry and business by making professional plans and additional investments.
(2) In the evaluation according to sub-section (1), if the proposals of two or more investors are similar, priority will be given to Nepali investors or groups of Nepali investors.
