Section 37
Negotiations with the Proposer
(1) The Proposer selected in accordance with Section 35 can be negotiated with the Proposer regarding the field of work and the scope of the proposed service, progress report, facilities to be provided by the public body.
(2) Except in the case of clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 35, there can be no negotiation regarding the remuneration of professionals in relation to financial proposals. But it is possible to negotiate about the expenses related to the research.
(3) If an agreement acceptable to both the public body and the proposer cannot be reached during negotiations according to this section, the public body shall obtain the next highest score in the case of the proposer of clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 35 and clause In the case of proposal of (d), the next lowest cost bidder should be negotiated with.
