: Since it is desirable to make necessary arrangements regarding the Tribal Commission in order to identify, protect and promote the glorious history and culture of the tribal communities, the rights and interests of the tribal communities and to empower the tribal communities, the Legislature-Parliament has enacted this Act in accordance with Article 296, Clause (1) of the Constitution of Nepal. .
