Preamble

1.Act to Amend Certain Nepal Acts, 2075 span style="color: #000000;">An introduction to the history and culture of the Tharu community, Hawk, Protection of interests and As it is desirable to make necessary arrangements regarding the Tharu Commission for the development and empowerment of the Tharu community,Legislature under clause (1) of Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal–Parliament has made this Act.
