: In order to make the publication and distribution of textbooks, literary books and various books more accessible and convenient for the general public and students, the operation and administration of the Nepali Language Publishing Committee has been removed from the control of the Government of Nepal by involving the general public as much as possible in the level of its publication. Since it is desirable to raise and organize it as an institution to make it more timely, more popular and effective, this Act has been made with the advice and consent of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahdev.
