: In order to organize the establishment and jurisdiction of courts in accordance with the Constitution of Nepal and to make justice fast, efficient, accessible, fair, effective and accountable to the people, it is desirable to timely amend and unify the existing laws related to the administration of justice, according to the clause (1) of Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal. The Legislature-Parliament has made this Act.
