m Since it is desirable to amend and consolidate the prevailing law regarding the work, duties and powers of the Judicial Service Commission in connection with the appointment, transfer, promotion or departmental punishment of any employee holding such position and conducting the examination for appointment to the post of District Judge, The Legislature-Parliament as per clause (1) of Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal has made this Act.
