: Since it is desirable to make necessary arrangements regarding the establishment and operation of Rapti Health Science Academy to provide high-level study and research in the field of health sciences to produce the necessary skilled manpower for the country and to provide easy, accessible and quality health services to the common people in health services, the Constitution of Nepal The Legislature-Parliament as per clause (1) of Article 296 has made this Act.
