: The land sold and distributed under the Provincial Development Plans (Implementation) Act, 2013, as per the Provincial Development Plan (Raptidoon Land Distribution) Rules, 2013, the land not in the hands of the beneficiaries in the sale and distribution fell into the hands of other persons, so the convenience and economic interests of the common people are maintained. Since it is desirable to sell and distribute such land in a fair manner, this law has been made with the advice and consent of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahdev.
