: Since it is desirable to establish and arrange a National Insurance Institute for the mobilization of internal means and capital for the economic development of the country and to prevent the expenditure of foreign currency, this Act has been made with the advice and consent of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharajadhiraj Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahdev.
