Preamble

1.An Act to amend certain Nepal Acts, 2075 Since it is desirable to amend and unify the existing laws related to the work, duties and rights of the National Women's Commission to ensure gender justice by protecting, promoting and empowering women, the Legislature-Parliament has made this Act according to Article 296, Clause (1) of the Constitution of Nepal.< /p>
