Preamble
: Since it is desirable to make a legal arrangement regarding the work, duties, rights and procedures of the National Human Rights Commission to ensure the respect, protection and promotion of human rights and its effective implementation, the Constituent Assembly as the legislature-parliament as per Article 83 of the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063 Act has been made.
