An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to the work, duties and powers of the Judicial Council

Preamble: Since it is desirable to amend and unify the existing law regarding the work, duties and powers of the Judicial Council in relation to the appointment, transfer, disciplinary proceedings, dismissal and other matters related to the administration of justice. , the Legislature-Parliament as per Article 296 of the Constitution of Nepal has made this Act.
