: Since it is desirable to amend and unify the prevailing Nepalese laws related to money settlement, money tehsil and government contracts for the financial benefit of the general public, this law has been made with the advice and consent of the National Panchayat from Shri 5th Maharaj Adhiraj Mahendra Veer Bikram Shahdev.
