(1) The Authority shall have its own separate fund and the following amounts shall be in that fund:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal.
(B) Permit fee and the amount received for its renewal, amendment, sale or transfer of rights fee.
(c) Funds received in the form of grants from foreign governments or associations, organizations.
(d) Amount received from any other source.
(2) Before receiving the amount as per clause (c) of sub-section (1), the authority shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal.
(3) The amount remaining in the funds of the authority shall be deposited in a bank account within Nepal ………….. and the operation of such account shall be as prescribed by the authority.
