(1) The meeting of the authority will be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the authority will be held at the place, date and time specified by the chairman.
(3) The meeting of the Authority shall be presided over by the Chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present in the meeting shall preside over the meeting.
(4) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the authority are present, the quorum for the meeting will be considered.
(5) In the meeting of the authority, the opinion of the majority shall be considered as the decision of the authority and in case of equality of votes, the chairman shall give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the meeting of the authority shall be certified by the chairman and such decision shall be made available to all the members by the secretary of the authority.
(7) Other procedures related to the meeting of the authority shall be as determined by the authority itself.
