(1) Within fifteen days from the date of conducting the preliminary survey, the officer conducting the preliminary survey should complete the survey and send a report to the local authority as soon as possible with other necessary details.

(2) When sending the report in accordance with sub-section (1), the amount of compensation determined in accordance with sub-section (2) of section 7 and the complete details of the loss shall also be mentioned.
