(1) According to the National Skill Certificate, the council may form a technical or expert sub-committee to carry out skill testing and verification and other related tasks.
(2) The formation, work, duties and rights of the technical or expert sub-committee as per sub-rule (1) and other procedures shall be as prescribed by the council.
