Rule 43
Work, Duties and Rights of Probation Officer related to Juvenile Justice
: In addition to the work, duties and rights mentioned in the Act and this regulation, other work, duties and rights of Probation Officer in relation to Juvenile Justice shall be as follows:- a) Children accused of criminal acts Investigation of the case: observing the related process and submitting the necessary report to the Juvenile Court,
(b) To study the status of 8 children kept in monitoring rooms, correctional homes and other institutions and submit the necessary report to the Juvenile Court,
(c) Study and submit the necessary report to the said bodies regarding whether the orders from the investigating officers, prosecutors and juvenile courts have been complied with during the orientation,
(d). Studying whether the orders given by the Juvenile Court have been implemented and submitting the necessary report to the Juvenile Court,
(e): Assisting in rehabilitating children into families and communities, [.f) Supervising children placed on probation by the Juvenile Court,
(g) Providing any details or information requested by the investigating officer or prosecutor during the investigation or prosecution of criminal acts involving children,
(h) To perform other tasks prescribed by the Juvenile Court.
