(1) If a person who commits an organized crime has not been arrested or is absconding, from the day after the issuance of an arrest warrant in the name of such person until he appears in the court, the following matters shall be as follows:
(a) If such person is an incumbent officer or employee of the Government of Nepal, a constitutional body or any government office, an organized organization fully or partially owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal, a local body, an educational or academic institution or any other public institution, he shall be automatically suspended from his post. will be considered,
(b) the property in the name of such person shall be frozen,
(c) Such a person shall be deemed to be barred from obtaining citizenship certificate, passport or land ownership certificate etc. in accordance with the prevailing law. (d) If such a person is found to be outside of Nepal or if there is a situation in which extradition is possible according to the treaty to which the Government of Nepal is a party or the prevailing law, take related action and, if there is no such situation, to arrest him through diplomatic channels, considering the seriousness of the offense. The organization can be requested.
(2) In order to give effect to the provisions under sub-section (1), the court shall give notice thereof to the relevant authorities or bodies.
(3) If the information as per sub-section (2) is received, the relevant officer or body shall inform the court accordingly.
