Rule 4
How formations, units, units, sub-units and depots prepare work details and check goods

(1) To check missing goods, formations, units and depots should clearly open the details of those goods as written in the form prescribed by order from the Government of Nepal. The relevant documents should also be attached and submitted to the relevant committee. The relevant formations, units, subunits and depots should prepare the work description before the time of the meeting and report all the unnecessary items to the relevant committee. The following should be disclosed and, in the case of goods in stores, should also be disclosed in the description of the work of the depot:-

(a) Warranties and E.I., Personal , Balagiri, Jimbabari in what form?
(b) E.I. If so, the name or number of the person using it.
(c) Mention the list, measurements, weights, types of goods, whatever they are.
(d) From where, when and under what conditions was the goods received or received?
(e) Price of each item according to Shrestha.
(f) If the sale is not opened in Shrestha, the reason for not opening the sale in Kaifiyat and the estimated value.
(g) The period of consumption of the goods and when and how long it has been used? That period.
(h) Relevant certified documents.
(j) If there is any other special matter.

(3) The following things should be disclosed in the work description of the depot:-

(a) Submitted If the goods given by Balgiri are found to be useless, then the goods given by Balgiri are from new stock or part worn.
(b) The name of the unit or the person to whom the balgiri was given and the date of return as mentioned in the balgiri sersta.
(c) In case of unemployment in the store or group, include the report of the in-charge of the store or group.
(d) Clauses (c) to (j) of sub-rule (2).
(e) To present to the committee as many goods as are sold in the depot and not useful.

(4) MeetingAfter receiving the notification, the relevant formations and depot units should arrange the items in order according to the work description and keep a note with them so that it will be convenient to check and count the items. should be kept If the committee wants to see it, the relevant documents should be prepared so that they can be shown immediately.

Explanation: According to this rule, the entire responsibility of preparing all the goods and related documents rests with the depot commander in the case of depots and the managing officer in the case of formations, units and subunits. It will remain in the working officer.
