<br> maintenance and care of property under trust
The beneficiary shall treat the property received under the inheritance as his own property and maintain and take care of it in a proper and reasonable manner.
(2) If a person has taken possession, lease or mortgage of the property under the trust, he shall take proper and reasonable care of such property.
(3) The beneficiary shall maintain the property received under the beneficiary at his own expense. However, if the property needs to be repaired and maintained by spending a substantial amount due to the calamity, the prior approval of the owner must be obtained and the owner must bear the cost of such maintenance.
