Because someone has given his property to someone for use, the beneficiary who receives such property, the return, benefit, income or benefit received or earned from it, and the increased return, benefit, income or benefit from it will be entitled to use it as his own property.
(2) If there is more than one beneficiary receiving the property according to sub-section (1), each beneficiary shall have the right to use such property collectively or alone.
(3) If the property acquired under the provision of usufructuary is a share, each sharer who is entitled to usufruct according to the usufruct will be entitled to use the property in accordance with sub-section (1). (4) The beneficiary can file a petition in the court as necessary for the protection or enjoyment of the property received under the arrangement of the beneficiary.
