The local body should make arrangements to use the following means of transportation for the transportation of garbage:-

(a) Garbage that is not visible, does not fall and does not leak,

(b) Odor and leachate does not come out from the garbage,

(c) The garbage can be stored and removed easily,

(d) It is suitable for the capacity and condition of the road.
