(1) The authority shall specify the conditions to be followed by the license holder when using the frequency in connection with the operation of telecommunication services.
(2) The Authority shall have the right to investigate or monitor whether the licensee is using the frequency in accordance with the conditions specified in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if it is found that the licensee is not using the frequency in accordance with the conditions while examining or monitoring the frequency, the authority will give the licensee a reasonable time to use the frequency according to the conditions. If the licensee does not use the frequency in accordance with the conditions even within the given time, the authority can block the frequency used by him.
