Section 76
Save
the Financial Procedures Act, 2055 and the Financial Administration Regulations, 2056 made under that Act and sub-sections (2), (3), (4), (5) and (6) of clause (b) of section 2 All procurement-related actions carried out in accordance with the provisions of the procurement-related laws, rules or formation orders of the mentioned public bodies shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this Act.
