(1) Except in cases related to offenses punishable under Section 9, when, to whom, or what kind of information was collected by an employee of the service or a person employed in the service, when, to whom, or what kind of information was collected. Also, they will not be questioned and made to appear before the body, authority or court.
(2) No one shall be forced to present or disclose confidential documents in the office to any body, official or court other than the authorized officer.
