Rule 54
Savings
: The work done in accordance with the following regulations in force at the time of commencement of this regulation shall be deemed to have been carried out in accordance with this regulation:-
(a) Deposit and Credit Protection Fund Livestock Protection Regulations, 2073, (b) Agricultural Credit Protection Regulations, 2073,
(c) Small and Medium Enterprises Credit Protection Regulations, 2073, and (d) Badhu Finance and Underprivileged Credit Protection Regulations, 2073.
