(1) Except as stated elsewhere in the Act and these Regulations, the duties, duties and rights of the Market Protection Officer shall be as follows:-

(a) Any goods or services To inspect the relevant place regarding whether actions contrary to fair competition have been taken during production or distribution,
(b) Interrogating or taking statements from related persons or establishments in the course of investigations and investigations,
(c) If it is necessary to take action against any person or establishment through inspection,
(d) If it is found that an action against fair competition has been taken during the search of a place, the goods used in such action shall be taken into possession.
(2) During inspection according to clause (a) of sub-rule (1), the assistance of any association working in the field of consumer or market protection may be taken.
