: The following officer shall have the right to promote to the following posts on the recommendation of the Promotion Committee:-
(a) From Mahasenani to Uparathi – Government of Nepal
(b) From deputy commander to commander-in-chief (c) From Jamdar to Chief Subedar – Karyarathi
(d) From constable to Hudda – Head of concerned office
