: (1) Although the tax is written in rule 17, the concerned person should register the migration only after registering all the personal events of all the members of the family.
(2) At the time of registration of migration, the local magistrate shall issue a transfer form in accordance with Schedule-14 after confirming that the personal incident of the family member of the concerned person has been registered.
(3) After the issuance of the form as per sub-rule (2), the personal incidents that occurred after the immigration must be registered by the office of the local registrar.
