(1) According to rule 3, if a person who has a license performs in a stadium in accordance with the license, he will be charged Rs. 50.- will be recovered from him. 50% of the amount of the deposit must be paid to the designated authority by the licensee before obtaining the license and the rest within 7 days after the end of the performance period. If the remaining amount to be paid is not paid within that period, it will be charged at the rate of two hundred and two hundred till the next one week. If it is not paid even after that, according to the notification of the designated officer, the relevant chief district officer will take action against the government debt and collect the remaining amount and fees as well. But-
(a) The stadium will not be restored in the case of a performance to collect income for the purpose of public organization or social work without ticketing for the purpose of national health prosperity or cultural upliftment.
(b) National In case of performance ticketed for the purpose of health prosperity or cultural upliftment, daily Ne.Rs. 25.- will be reinstated at the rate of Rs. 25.- (2) If I or our consent is given to perform the performance work under the license under the conditions written in these rules, if it is not done according to these rules and the prevailing Nepalese law, what should be submitted No license will be given to any person without prior acceptance of the payment.
