In addition to the qualifications mentioned in the Act, a company wishing to operate multimodal transportation services should have the following manpower, physical assets and managerial capacity:-

(a) Multimodal At least seven employees with experience in shipping related work,
(b) Office Building,
(c) Physical infrastructure including warehouses suitable for transporting and storing goods in an orderly and safe manner,
(d) At least three years of experience in clearing, forwarding or transportation of goods in the international sector.
