Rule 34
Renewal of Road License
(1) In accordance with Section 83 of the Act, for the renewal of the road license, along with the application as per Schedule-3, the application in the format as per Schedule-36 shall be submitted to the office granting such road license.
(2) In relation to the application received under sub-rule (1), if the office deems it appropriate to renew the road license after carrying out the necessary investigation, the road license shall be renewed subject to the Act and other provisions mentioned in this regulation.
