(1) If a copy of the road license is required due to Section 88 of the Act, the relevant vehicle owner or manager shall submit an application in the format of Schedule-39 to the relevant office along with the receipt as per Schedule-3.
(2) In relation to the application received under sub-rule (1), the office shall carry out the necessary investigation according to section 88 of the Act and give a copy of the road license to the applicant and inform the relevant police office.
