(1) If he wants to use a road other than the road mentioned in the road license granted under section 77 of the Act, the owner or manager of the vehicle concerned shall submit an application to the office granting such road license in the format under Schedule-33 along with the fee as per Schedule-3 for using other road as per Section 79 of the Act. will fall.
