<br> to receive the easement of the road
If the road is later destroyed by a disaster in the real estate where there was a road, the person who has been using the road to reach such real estate will get the right of access to the public road.
(2) The easement fee of the road as per sub-section (1) shall not be demanded from the owner of all the surrounding houses or land and such easement fee may be demanded from the owner of the house or land in the direction from which it is closest to reach the public road.
