(1) For the convenience of the general public within the park, the custodian may designate such a road for walking, walking domestic animals or any kind of vehicle including yak or khachada, as specified in schedule-4, and designate such a road by placing signs and the general public The public should also use only the roads designated by such signs.

(2) Without the written permission of the custodian, no one shall be allowed to use other roads except the roads designated by the signboards as per sub-rule (1).

(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), if it is deemed appropriate to close a marked road in bad weather, the custodian may close that road until the weather becomes favorable.
