Section 60
Right to Unblock
(1) If there is any obstacle in the implementation of this Act, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette to remove the obstacle and issue necessary orders without conflicting with the provisions of this Act.
(2) Every order issued under sub-section (1) shall be placed before Parliament as soon as possible.
