Rule 18
Admission of Children to Children's Reform Homes
(1) The Children's Correctional Home shall admit the children who are in legal dispute according to the order of the court.
(2) The following personal details shall be recorded in the registration book of the Children's Correctional Home of the children admitted as per sub-rule (1):-
(a) The name, address and contact number of the child's parent, family member or relative or guardian,
(b). Information and documents submitted by children brought or referred or referred for admission to juvenile correctional homes,
(c) Photo taken at the time of enrollment of the child,
(d) Documents provided regarding the child's health and nutritional status, medical examination and physical and mental condition, (e). (Details of any cash, jewellery, documents or any other items with the child). A copy of the order and judgment of the court and the judicial body, regarding the period of stay in the juvenile correctional home and the date of release;
(g) Documents relating to the educational or any other particulars of the child,
(h) his name, address and contact number, if any legal practitioner defending the child,
(i) : If there is any previous training related to the special interest or ability of the child, the details thereof.
(3) After recording the details as per sub-rule (2), he/she will get: service facilities and the following information, the child correctional home shall provide the concerned children in a child-friendly environment:-
(a) the reason for his being placed in a juvenile reformatory,
(b) the legal process and circumstances of the case, (c) the period of stay in the juvenile correctional home, arrangements for his family reunification,
(d) Rights and Responsibilities of Children,
(e) By order of the court: Only things that can be kept and released in the juvenile correctional home, b) Services and facilities available in the juvenile correctional home,
(g) Name of the Contact Person and Information Officer of the Child Reform Home,
(h) Child protection standards and their content,
(i) overall management and security arrangements of the Children's Correctional Home,
(n) written and verbal information about the rules to be followed in the juvenile correctional home,
(k) information on not escaping from the juvenile correctional home and the consequences of escaping from the juvenile correctional home; (g) the purpose of the juvenile correctional home, operating procedures and benefits to the children,
(d) National and international legal system related to child protection.
