If someone wants to provide any gift, material, program or service that is not prohibited by the prevailing law for the benefit of all the children of the child correctional home, the child correctional home may receive the corresponding gift, material, program or service after taking the approval of the District Juvenile Justice Committee of the concerned district.
(2) Details of gifts, materials, programs or services received in accordance with sub-rule (1) and the details of the person or organization providing the service and the approval of the District 8 Judiciary Committee shall be given to the Ministry.
