The rehabilitation center should keep the following documents related to the children who have been rehabilitated:-
(a) Children's Register and Daily Attendance Book,
(b)- Children's Personal File,
(c) details of rescue of children,
(d) Process of family reunification,
(e) interests of children, education and training provided, (f) details of health treatment, counseling and psychotherapy services, legal assistance provided to children,
(g) description of changes in children and the development of motivation,
(h) Decision of the Rehabilitation Center Management Committee related to the rehabilitation of children.
