Rule 42
Children's Privacy
Children's Reform Homes shall maintain confidentiality as follows to protect the children's privacy:-
(a) not to publicize or propagate the image of the child contrary to the interests of the child,
(B) Someone. Regulating the use of children's images, voices or pictures for commercial gain,
(c) To arrange for the confidential and safe keeping of documents of personal details of children,
(d) 8 Children's personal identity and identity not to be made public in the media,
(e) The monitoring agency or official shall not use the details or information revealing the identity of the children against the interests of the children.
