: .1) Children who are accused of criminal acts during the investigation according to rule 3. If there is a situation that should not be taken into custody according to subsection 21 of the Act. If the member is not available, the guardian, if the guardian is also not available, the next of kin should be given in the format as per schedule-1.
(2) If it is not necessary to keep the child under custody on the charge of criminal act according to sub-section (2) of Section 21 of the Act, the investigating officer shall file a document in the format as per Schedule-2 and hand it over to his family member, guardian or close relative.
