Rule 7
Holiday
(1) The Attorney General of the head of the department and the staff under his department of the Attorney General's office and the head of the corresponding department of the associate attorney of the appeals public prosecutor's office may approve the leave.
(2) The Co-Prosecutor of the Appellate Public Prosecutor's Office may approve the leave of public prosecutors, officers and other employees within his area.
(3) The District Attorney of the District Public Prosecutor's Office may approve the leave of the Public Prosecutor and other employees of his office.
(4) Appeals related to holiday and holiday work arrangements can be taken by the Associate Attorney of the Public Prosecutor's Office and the District Attorney of the District Public Prosecutor's Office.
(5) During the Bada Dashain holiday period, the public prosecutor who is employed during the period when the court is open for the purpose of witnessing of prisoners, will be provided with an additional amount equal to the salary and allowance received by him for that period.
(6) Regardless of what is written in this regulation, in the case of leave that must be approved by the Government of Nepal in accordance with the Civil Service Act, 2049 and the Civil Service Regulation, 2050, it shall be as follows.
